Made of 24 gauge latex and utilizes horizontal and vertical support beams to improve body alignment.

Mattress Foundation (replaces box spring)
Comfortaire® recommends the use of a wood foundation with our air products. We do not recommend a box spring foundation. If your current foundation is in good shape, no sags, squeaks or cracks, you can use it with your new mattress. If you want the foundation to match your new mattress, we suggest that you buy a Comfortaire® foundation cover. The foundation cover is a slip cover which can be used with most existing wood foundations.
